Application Procedures:
Upon receiving a packet of information by mail and/or expressing interest in our program:
1. The parent(s) will visit the school and the classroom for an observation.
2. The parent(s) will visit the school with their child.
3. The parent(s) will then return a completed application for enrollment along with a non-refundable $35.00 application fee.
4. The School will then review the completed application and, if necessary, contact the parents for additional information about the child.
5. The School will then contact the parents to let them know if there will be a place for their child based on age and gender balances.
5. If space is available, a start date will be determined (with an appropriate transition phase for toddlers).
7. If space is not available, the child can be placed on a waiting list.
8. Prior to the start date, the parent will receive all necessary forms for enrollment: (Enrollment Contract, Child's Medical Form, Emergency Transportation Form, Consent to Release, SMART Tuition Management Application and Permission Slip).
9. Upon enrollment the required paperwork will be turned in to the School along with a $65.00 Enrollment Fee.
10. Follow up information (orientation, further paperwork and information) will be through the child's teacher.
